Our commitment

As a company, growth shouldn’t be pursued for its own sake. By growing sustainably and with limited capital, you can keep your employees happy and increase profits. Relying on funding round after funding round can be detrimental to your software business, workplace atmosphere, and employees. We offer our expertise and capital to help you grow the right way. You decide how involved we should be: do we take a small or larger stake in your business? In which decisions would you like our expertise? You’re in charge.

Portfolio

After growing and selling my own service and software companies, C&J Credit Services and iController, I decided to leverage my knowledge and experience to benefit other businesses.

When experience meets potential

Our focus is on creating great, sustainable value in a short time without straining your budget. No spectacular promises, just plain common sense. If we see the potential to scale up your business, we bring in our experience and find ways to make your processes more efficient and generate growth fast. Bootstrapping may seem daunting, but it’s a sure way to keep control over your business and grow sustainably in the long run.

Software and service companies

01

Software and service companies

This is where my expertise comes in. I built the service company C&J Credit Services and sold it to Intrum, and later sold my software company, iController, to the NASDAQ-listed Billtrust. Starting, growing, and selling businesses has taught me a lot – knowledge I now put to good use as an investor.

02

With a good product-market fit

A strong product-market fit is essential before attracting funds, as it shows your product meets real market demand. Without it, raising capital too early can lead to wasted resources and misaligned expectations. Validating product-market fit first sets the stage for sustainable growth.

03

And a solid revenue

Having solid revenue before attracting external investment is key, as it proves your business model works. Raising capital too early, without proven revenue, can lead to unrealistic expectations and financial strain. Showing consistent revenue growth builds investor confidence and strengthens your position for sustainable scaling.
