C&J Credit Services, a Belgian company with extensive experience in efficient debtor management, has a proven track record of optimizing debtor payment terms. By doing so, the company significantly shortened invoice payment cycles for its clients and reduced working capital needs.
Janssens grew the business to 4.000 customers and 30 employee, before selling it to the listed company Intrum in 2016. The growth of his service company meant they needed a broader organisational framework to continue delivering the high standard of customer service. For Intrum, the large number of Flemish SMEs in the customer portfolio of the acquired C&J Credit management services represented a significant strengthening in their strategic SME target group.
